How scoring works
Each response becomes an ordinal readiness value summarized within its dimension. The overall view identifies relative strengths and gaps; it does not predict financial return or implementation success.

Interpretation
A higher score suggests stronger foundations for a scoped initiative. A lower score identifies prerequisites such as process definition, master-data cleanup, access control, or ownership. Neither result automatically selects AI or ERP.

Limitations
The score depends on self-reported answers and a limited question set. It does not inspect systems, data, security, compliance, adoption, or exceptions. Recommendations require validation during discovery.
